

Several years after the original creation of instant coffee, a new method of making instant coffee was invented called "Freeze Dried" or "Dry Dried". The method is considerably more complex and expensive for the producer, but results in a product that is considered superior in both quality and taste. Loumidi Coffee Roasters have created their own version of this coffee with quality raw material and a delicious result.
It contains 100% Arabica beans that have been processed using the "Freeze Dried" or "Dry Cooling" method. This method first cools the coffee to a temperature of -40°C and then the moisture is removed in special vacuum conditions. As a result, the ideal flavour characteristics of the coffee are preserved to a greater extent than with 'classic' instant coffee.
